Guarantee Indemnity Insurance

Permagard Insurance Bond Ltd offers the security of long term indemnity insurance to the guarantees issued to you by Vincent Preservation.  This means that should the contractor cease trading for whatever reason the PGB will honour that guarantee through its insurance arrangements.

The PGB manages and administers the insurance policy which backs-up your contractor's guarantee and arranges settlement of any claims.

The PGB carries product guarantee insurance which indemnifies it in respect of its liabilities arising under the guarantees issued.  This insurance is arranged with first class security in the London insurance market.

Transferable

The guarantee indemnity insurance remains with the property and no assignment on transfer of the property to a new owner is necessary.  Should a personal reassignment be required by a new owner then the right to levy a reassignment fee is reserved by PGB, to cover necessary administration costs.

The Contractor

Only Contractors vetted and approved by Permagard as meeting the highest standards and being experienced and fully competent to carry out the work required are able to offer the Guarantee Indemnity Insurance. Specific work carried out by these contractors is automatically accepted for inclusion under the Guarantee Indemnity Insurance provided it has been carried out satisfactorily and appropriate document registered with PGB.
